Senior Manager – Employee Engagement at Dubai Airports– UAE

Job Description:
• You’ll be responsible for the delivery of Dubai Airports Employee Engagement programmes
• You’ll lead the annual employee engagement survey from design through to evaluation in collaboration with other HR functions and business units
• You’ll work to identify opportunities for employee events relating to culture, sports, family among others
• You’ll continually work to develop engagement strategies for the organisation

Job Requirements:

Education:
Degree Level in a relevant field

Relevant Experience:

• 5 years’ experience handling employee engagement programmes and initiatives
• Experience working with in-depth engagement surveys and analysis of results
  • Project Management expertise
