About the Position:
Automotive Aftersales Services UAE is currently looking to recruit a Product Manager who will be in-charge of strategic planning for UAE and International opportunities, for Tyres & Batteries as well as looking for opportunities to grow own principal brands. You will be responsible for maintaining the smooth and efficient operations of the business, with responsibility for achieving the Tyres & Batteries division’s business objectives as well as stakeholder management.
Your key responsibilities are as follows:
- Product planning strategy for Al-Futtaim Automotive tyres and batteries division through Al-Futtaim Automotive Principals.
- maximize the revenue potential from Al-Futtaim Automotive Tyres & Batteries to meet the Individual Brands Sales performance objectives within the UAE Market
- Manage positive stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure stakeholders P&L is positively maintained and sufficient margins as per objectives are met.
- Develop and maintain a solid working relationship with the Principals and regional distributors.
- Focus on driving performance through the Dealer network, Government and Corporate Channels.
- Planning of annual pricing strategies for Al-Futtaim Automotive Tyres and Battery Division, ensuring achievement of annual budget and profits target set for the divisions.
- Deliver against our people strategy, maintain positive associate engagement.
- Develop and implement long-term strategic goals and objectives to meet business and growth objectives.
- Maintains a professional service by establishing and enforcing organization standards and Quality Standards
- Ensure services and products offered are to the expected standards and optimize the way these products or services are delivered.
- Set Output KPIs that measure the success, quality and effectiveness of service delivery; specifically, whether agreed SLA standards are being achieved.
About You:
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a related field of study. You will have around 5-7 years of experience in product planning, product communications, new product development, customer satisfaction, competition assessment and product positioning in the automotive industry preferably in the Tyres & Battery sector. You should be able to demonstrate product / market knowledge through effective communication. You should be able to communicate effectively to both upward and downward structure and able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
