About the Job

Our Operations team is expanding massively and we are hiring multiple vacancies in operations department within the “Operations Control Center / account manager ”
At VOO , the Account manager builds a solid connection between VOO merchants accounts and the courier companies.

Responsibilities:-

Operate as the account manager for any and all matters related to VOO merchants.
Communicate effectively through different channels (Telephone, Emails, Ticketing System, etc..)
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with VOO merchants / accounts

Job Requirements:

Background 2+ years of experience in operations or e-Commerce previous / customer support
Solution driven with get it done attitude.
Details oriented
Customer oriented
