Job Description:

-Complete daily administrative checklist

-Compose correspondence for the HR Department, such as letters, contracts, etc.Schedule all department and division heads for regular meetings

-Assist with a variety of requests for the HR department

-Assist in the organisation of Team Members event

-Support internal HR projects, tracking necessary action and updating reports as progress is made.

-Assist the Human Resources Department in the day-to-day operation of the department as required.

-Handling the calendar and administration assistance for the Human Resources Leaders

-Writes correspondence on behalf of the department

Job Requirements:

Education:

Relevant Experience:

  • Previous experience in Human Resources

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

  • Positive attitude
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Committed to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally
  • Excellent grooming standards
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work on their own or in teams
