Job Description:
Technical Voice Configurations of VOIP and 4G Backup Solutions for all Fixed Products for SME and Enterprise Customers in VF Italy

· Voice Service Provisioning onPBX and Routers of Italian Enterprise Fixed Customers.

· Responsible for Rollout and Migration forFixed Voice Services for Indirect and Direct Enterprise Market

· Troubleshoot and Resolve all Problems related to the Voice Provisioning Orders to guarantee service delivery.

· Deliver all Orders within the targeted KPI

· Working on Shift Basis to cover Italian working hours from 8 AM and 8 PM Italy Time during Weekdays and Weekend
