Job Description:

•Creates, owns and maintains the Product Backlog

  • Prioritizes and sequences the Backlog according to business value, cost of feature & the risks it imposes to the product.

Conveys the Vision and Goals at the beginning of every Release and Sprint

  • Writes user stories which are the Agile requirements, explain them to the team.
  • Does business analysis role in the light of the digital channels scope.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

  • Understanding of Digital channels and telecom business.
  • Excellent communication, presentation & skills in English (both written and spoken)
  • Proven track record of product ownership of complex software projects with agile methodology.
  • Being a Certified Agile Product owner is an advantage, with the ability to manage multiple projects comfortably.

Language requirements:

  • English (B2 or above)
  • Any other non-native language an advantage.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

  • Certified Agile product owner/Agile Business Value Analysis

Job Requirements:

Relevant Experience:

Must have 4 years+ of proven hands-on experience in product ownership in agile environments, especially, in a product owner role.

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

•A strong business background and ability to understand telecom/digital business requirements.
•Exceptional communication, organizational & analysis skills.
•Ability to maintain calm attitude during difficult situations and handle pressure situations.
•Creative and efficient in user story/features writing.
•Strong team player in the team to deliver business goals.
•Self-starter & self-motivated with a drive to identify opportunities for Upselling One to One offers to Customers.
•Highly independent, takes ownership, does not need to be told what to do and seeks feedback and execute actions.
•Hold experience in understanding what drives value, along with budgeting techniques that can influence the balance of work the development team may work on in any given sprint.
•Possess excellent stakeholder management skills, and can be comfortable in balancing and setting realistic expectations with the customers.
•With support from the Scrum Master, be able to translate stakeholder requests into well-structured, concise backlog items that drives conversation and refinement with the development team.
•Work within the Scrum team to set realistic sprint goals and be available to support the development team in their efforts to achieve that goal.
