Customer Service Representative at Gulf Connexions – UAE

Job Description:

  • Build and promote branch identity and drive sales.
  • Handles customer issues in person or over the phone in relation to their banking product or service.
  • Advising customers on all types of enquiries such as; balance enquiries, credit card applications, card management & internet banking.
  • Identifying and agreeing on the right solution for the customer through the bank’s products and services.
  • Deliver efficient and quality customer service to all customers.

Job Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred but not essential

Relevant Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service environment preferably from the banking industry.

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

  • Must have an excellent degree of fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic language.
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to problem solve, identify solutions and provide superior customer service.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A high degree of drive, motivation and enthusiasm is required for this role.
  • The ability to work in a busy, commercial, competitive and result driven environment
