About You

You have the willingness and passion in transforming IKEA to be the world’s leading multichannel home furnishing retailer. You lead and act the IKEA culture and values. You are inspired by working together in fast paced and complex environments.

 

What's more, we believe that you have the following knowledge, capabilities and motivation:

• Live and share the IKEA values every day
• Digital, online, ecommerce and/or IT experience

• Extensive experience (at least 5 years) about the IKEA range

• Experience of making commercial decisions based on market knowledge.

• Experience of digital business and sell steering in an Omnichannel environment

• Extensive knowledge in analytics and how to evolve product strategy based on sales, analytics, and industry trends

• Good written & spoken English

• Strong teambuilding, relationship and networking skills

• Process and organizational thinking

• Prioritization and decision-making skills

 

About the Role

You will lead the detailed work when it comes to the availability, (range) changes and optimisation of the IKEA range offer on digital channels, and simplify the digital buying process and deliver shopping behaviour insights.

 

Key Specific Accountabilities:

• Prepare for offering the best shopping experience for digital sales and commercial activities by contributing to the briefing process and securing the availability of the online offer
• Contribute to optimise the range offer in collaboration with respective Sales Leaders and work pro-actively towards stakeholders to secure correct fulfilment and forecast at product level
• Administrate the range changes on all digital channels
• Responsible for defining forecast for the sales and activities needs within the range scope
• Optimise the sales and margin of the range and follow up on fulfilment on the goals
• Simplify the digital buying process based on the feedback from the customers
