About the Position:
Al Futtaim Lexus is looking for an experienced Showroom Manager in Dubai to drive the achievement of set volume, units (new & TPO) gross margin, branch profit and loss in both Retail and Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) segments while managing the overall branch performance to consistently deliver seamless customer experience.
Your key accountabilities in this role will include the following:
- Drive branch performance to achieve monthly unit (new & TPO) volume sales, unit gross margins, accessory and SMC sales and income per Retail unit (IPRU) targets through F&I sales.
- Achieve branch efficiency and growth by continuously improving branch performance metrics using last year sales data as base line (eg: Customer engagement, conversion ratios, cancellation percentages, process improvements, operating expenses, etc).
- Work with Human Resources to ensure the branch is always optimally staffed/resourced with qualified and efficient workforce.
- Mentor, coach, develop and engage team to consistently deliver expected business results.
- Manage facility to comply with the Toyota CI standards.
- Ensure 100% compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.
- Submit accurate weekly forecasts based on analysis of actual market trends, sales conversions, bank approval TATs, invoices etc. for Management reporting.
- Hold regular MFRs with BAMs to understand and optimize Branch P&L.
- Effectively manage stakeholders through regular meetings to ensure corrective actions on issues pertaining, but not limited to F&I, Sales Executives, logistics, pricing, market & product ad CRM.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications, knowledge, skills and competencies:
- A Bachelor’s Degree, management degree is desirable.
- Must have an automotive background, with minimum of 5 years’ managerial experience within Automotive Sales position.
- Outstanding leadership skills
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Excellent people management skills
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills to track branch performance using Fastrack and daily dashboard
- Strong understanding of and experience with Microsoft Office
- Partnering, delivering excellence and leading peopl
- Arabic speakers are preferred.
