About the Position

Role Purpose

To act on behalf of the Landlord as his representative to coordinate Tenants designs, technical review for the MEP works & fit out, to ensure these are compliant with the Landlords specifications, design guidelines and lease requirements, so the Tenant opens on the required opening date.

 

Key Accountabilities

Review Lease agreements (AFL) and prepare the Tenant Requirement Summary sheet (TRS)

Ensure the handover to the Tenants is as per the Lease agreement. Handover allocated units to Tenants upon nominated access date.

Receive and attend to queries from tenants and their consultants concerning specification utilities available routing of services etc.

Receive comment and approve on behalf of the Landlord the fitting-out proposals which include concept design approval and detailed design approval, provide to the  Landlord advice on the tenants’ proposals as required and liaising with the consultants as necessary

Monitor design and construction progress as fitout continues and potential design, construction and programme issues.

Process, monitor and drive variation  requests to allocated units to EI’s and ensure changes as highlighted are being made on site.

 

About You

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: BSC in Engineer Mechanical

Minimum Experience: 7 years

Job-Specific Skills:

  • Work effectively within a team
  • Must have a strong understanding of AutoCAD & Photoshop
  • Administrative skills with strong computer literacy
