JOB PURPOSE: To support the company in achieving the monthly and annual objectives through administrative support.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Specify the output required from the job. Identify not more than 7 Key Accountabilities & their performance indicators. NB-Focus on outcomes not tasks

 

Showroom Operational Support including:

  • Efficiently completing vehicle invoicing of vehicles via SAP IS Auto.
  • Vehicle management, maintaining daily report & communicating with stakeholders.
  • Assist in Showroom Vehicle Display matrix, inventory management, Initiating and managing the process for new car registration and demonstrator deregistration.
  • Maintaining forward order requests by coordinating with order planning team in HO.
  • Coordinating between branch and AF logistics in interbranch transfer.
  • Work in conjunction with sales team to provide consistently high level of customer satisfaction and complete general showroom administration duties including liaising with HR, STS and other

Maintain and publish sales report on daily basis

  • Accurate handling and producing of reports via SAP IS Auto with regards to stocks, monthly invoices etc.
  • ZVTK update
  • Customer tagging report.
  • Invoice and delivered Report

 

 

JOB CONTEXT: Define organizational policy and other factors that have a critical impact on the job

This job calls for continual operational support and hence may require long working hours on Month-end and During Ramadan. Candidate must be flexible for number of working days in a week and able to liaise with all departments and personnel involved in the process to create a “Quality Service Culture”.

 

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge

High School Degree or equivalent qualification

Minimum Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role

Job-Specific Skills: 

Must be Excel Savy. Must possess good English Communication skills, reporting skills and must be proficient In using Computers and softwares such as MS office.
