About The Job

The job is a member of the AJB/Sales team within the EMEA Division. This position will be responsible for the production, implementation and maintenance of corporate and agency products and programs within the EMEA region, including the production of corporate contracts. This role engages with American’s commercial and field sales teams, as well as with our joint business partners on a day to day basis. This role will also involve assisting in any projects, as needed by the Corporate and Channel Programs Operations Lead.

About The Job
  • To implement corporate and agency contract proposals, amendments and updates – including the auditing of requests and generation of related documentation
  • To respond to a range of queries relating to corporate and agency products and programs, by working with various departments and joint business partners, to empower account managers to deliver a world-class customer experience
  • To update and monitor information accurately on internal systems, including PRISM, SalesHub and Teamsite
  • To track day to day operational performance of corporate and agency implementation
  • To provide administrative support during collaborative projects with American’s headquarters teams and joint business partners, aimed at enhancing corporate and agency processes, to ensure American is the easiest airline to do business with
  • To support the training of field sales teams on corporate and agency operational processes
  • To work on ad-hoc projects, such as conducting pricing testing for corporate and agency off-tariff pricing
  • To provide general administrative support
Qualifications

  • Good communication skills – must be able to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English
  • Good team player
  • Ability to work under own initiative and prioritize workload
  • Ability to work flexibly and under pressure
  • Self-motivated
  • Customer relation / Stakeholder Management skills 

Desirable

  • Previous experience of working in cross-cultural and multi-point of sale environments with airline and agency partners
  • Understanding of AA and JB corporate and agency contracting processes and tools
  • Comfortable working with new technology and systems
