Job Description:
1- Ensure all inquiries from customers are acknowledged and distributed within Customer Care team or forwarded to other departments to the contact list within 48 hours.
2-Provide status update to customers by email for pending/ongoing cases.
3- Ensure the contact list is updated and enquiries are forwarded to the right employees within the company.
4-Maintain accurate customer history via ‘Interactions’ and ‘Service Requests’ in accordance with Customer Care SLA’s.
Job Requirements:
• Understanding of Admin management procedures (Background)
• Familiarity with reports / Analysis
•Strong problem solving , critical thinking & management skills
• Familiarity with budget , planning and enforcement producers
• Experience from 5 – 7 years
• preferred from real estate industry .
