Customer Relations Management (CRM) and Capacity Building Expert at Hill International
Job Description:
- Feasibility study of potential visitors/clients (international, local), starting with data gathering and analysis to find out about client’s customers – their purchasing habits, preferences and opinions.
- Researching and identifying which CRM solutions will be the most appropriate for the client to adopt in the future and making recommendations with outline costs.
- Establishing the implementation schedule for carrying out the chosen CRM solution
- Profiling individuals and groups to market of the client more effectively and increase revenues.
- Development of client strategies appropriate to a ‘Start-Up’ business
- Working with the client staff to develop client relations procedures, programs and strategies.
- Training client staff on CRM. Development of ‘buy-in’ strategies for different levels of stakeholders – changing the way the client operates to improve customer services and marketing opportunities.
- Identification of client target groups and development of focused and varied client programs in collaboration with a range of stakeholders.
- Development of effective and appropriate ways to handle customer’s issues.
- Following up, reviewing and advising the client team on strategies and outcomes
- Creating reports on weekly and monthly bases regarding their tasks
Job Requirements:
Education:
- University Degree in Marketing, Communication, Tourism, Museum Studies or other relevant fields.
Relevant Experience:
- Minimum ten years of experience in either museums, marketing, communication, visitor/customer services, public engagement, tourism, outreach or education.
Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:
- Capacity to identify customer needs and provide effective ways to meet those needs
- Strong knowledge of cultural issues, cultural tourism and museums
- Previous experience in the MENA area is preferred (museums, marketing, communication, customer services, tourism or other relevant areas).
- Arabic language is required (Intermediate Level) as well as good written English.
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
