Bodyshop Bus Technician (Denter / Panel-beater) - Volvo Buses - FAMCO Al Futtaim UAE

Reporting to: Workshop Foreman

 

Great opportunity has arisen for a skilled Bodyshop Bus Technician (Denter / Panel-beater) within Volvo FAMCO, Al Futtaim in UAE

 

Minimum Experience:

At least 2 to 3 years of direct experience working on buses, Volvo buses is greatly desired

 

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

 

  • At least 2 to 3 years of direct experience working on buses in bodyshop / panelbeating capacity
  • Basic / Technical Education and or Apprenticeship.
  • Trade Certificate and / or Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering 

 

Purpose:

Technicians should ensure being up-to-date with technical aspects of the product/vehicle and to be able to fix right a problem the first time.

 

Job Context:

  • Extending 24X7 service support to customers given the stringent requirement from customers for vehicle/bus uptime, delays are to be avoided at all costs
  • Emergency support in case of breakdowns

  • Good team player, Self-motivated and Customer focused nature.
