Warehouse Store Keeper - FAMCO Power & Industrial Products Al Futtaim - Abu Dhabi

 

This position is based in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi. The main functions of the role are as follows: 

 

JOB ACCOUNTIBILITIES / CONTENTS:

  • Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the store
  • Plans and performs work that involves ordering, receiving, inspecting, returning, unloading, shelving, packing, labeling, and delivering.
  • Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, and labeling supplies
  • Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to for reimbursements and record keeping.
  • Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
  • Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
  • Coordinate the handling of Door Deliveries to Customer.
  • Maintain optimum Inventory of Fast Moving Items.
  • Issues Materials to Workshop.

About the candidate

  • At least four years’ work experience as store Keeper preferably in automotive or equipment spare parts.
  • Capability to demonstrate a professional service to customers
  • Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in stores.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time
  • Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation or diploma in any discipline, Automobile Preferred.
