Warehouse Store Keeper - FAMCO Power & Industrial Products Al Futtaim - Abu Dhabi
This position is based in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi. The main functions of the role are as follows:
JOB ACCOUNTIBILITIES / CONTENTS:
- Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the store
- Plans and performs work that involves ordering, receiving, inspecting, returning, unloading, shelving, packing, labeling, and delivering.
- Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, and labeling supplies
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to for reimbursements and record keeping.
- Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
- Coordinate the handling of Door Deliveries to Customer.
- Maintain optimum Inventory of Fast Moving Items.
- Issues Materials to Workshop.
About the candidate
- At least four years’ work experience as store Keeper preferably in automotive or equipment spare parts.
- Capability to demonstrate a professional service to customers
- Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in stores.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management
- Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time
- Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
Qualifications:
- Graduation or diploma in any discipline, Automobile Preferred.
