Job Description:
- Assist the MEA ACS Sales team in qualifying new business opportunities and building sales strategies for key/strategic accounts.
- Provide training to field sales on ACS process and solutions.
- Establish working relationships and partner with Oracle XLOB (Account, Technology, and Application Sales/Business Development/Pre-Sales representatives – as appropriate) to help evangelise, qualify and close new business on Oracle solutions. Including: sharing pipeline, supporting sales campaigns, providing technical understanding of OMCS services and assisting with deal qualification.
- Work with ACS Sales Management, OMCS Product Management and ACS Sales to develop go-to-market strategies.
- Carry out Market Research to provide MEA Sales Management with insight to potential future opportunities for campaign/opportunity development.
- Provide specific industry or product expertise to facilitate the closing of deals within the MEA ACS Territory.
- Interact with sales team to help architect solutions and develop and execute solution strategies for market.
- Present/demonstrate the ACS value propositions and solution to high level clients and industry conference attendees.
- Build and maintain a network and up to date specific industry or product knowledge.
- Provide targeted Marketing support for the MEA ACS business.
Job Requirements:
Relevant Experience:
- 5 years applicable experience in this field
Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:
- Subject matter expertise in industry/product space.
- Knowledge of key industry leaders and management.
- Knowledge of Oracle competition.
- Presentation and product demonstration experience.
- Previous consultative selling experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills with prospects and customers.
- Travel may be needed.
