Execution Specialist, Commercial Department at Venus International

Location: El Sheikh Zayed

Purpose:

Responsible about the sales contracts operations (communicating with suppliers and customers) and to assure accurate and proper execution of sale cycle according to the approved company policies and procedures and relevant instructions.
Assure retention of communication with buyers and prepare the relevant reports on such concern.
Support in any other relevant operations that support the commercial department in executing their operations and achieve their targets.

Job Description:

Reviewing the Sales contracts.
Send the contract for reviewing to “Commercial – Financial – Maritime services” –
Receive the sales Notice “Locally –Export – governmental agencies”
Archive all the sales contracts.
Provide report about the incoming vessels of our company.
Provide daily report of the vessels that arrived in Egypt and the types of goods loaded with the names of the importers.
Archive all the trade and execution documents.

Job Requirements:

Fresh graduate holding a bachelor degree of any business related filed, preferably in Logistics & Supply Chain.
