About The Job

​This job is a member of the Talent Team within the People/HR Division.

Imagine yourself as an Analyst/Senior Analyst in Talent Acquisition where your natural curiosity for problem solving will help ensure we are leveraging data effectively to make smart business decisions. In this role, you will be able to blaze new paths in a data rich environment through developing data and reporting solutions that support Talent Acquisition and Talent Management. You will have the chance to leverage your expertise and knowledge to maximize the Company’s investment in our candidates and employees through complex analysis, creative resolutions and impactful solutions.
You have the curiosity that leads you to always ask, “What’s possible?” and you have the ability to bring those concepts to reality in everything you touch from operational reporting to strategic analytics. 


Specifically, you’ll do the following:

  • Work to create new reporting and dashboard offerings, collaborating with end users to identify needs and opportunities for improved data management and delivery, translating business needs into analytics/reporting requirements.
  • Handle common business intelligence operations such as trending and slicing measures across various dimensions, data mining, complex event processing, benchmarking, predictive and prescriptive analytics
  • Develops forecasting models to drive decisions and strategy
  • Ability to gather client requirements in regards to business intelligence, reporting and analytics
  • Helps the organization improve the recruitment process from apply through hire all while delivering an exceptional candidate experience
  • Present data and analysis to audiences of various technical experience
  • Leverage an array of technical applications and determine which is most appropriate for any given solution
  • Completes other related projects, as assigned

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field 
  • 5+ years of experience in a Statistics, Analytics, Economics, or Finance
  • Experience using innovative thinking ability with high degree of motivation and problem solving skills
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to ask relevant questions 
  • You can focus on the here and now while keeping a keen eye to the future and the organizational capability to prioritize work
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the capability to work autonomously and make decisions with minimal oversight
  • Effectively handle and maintain confidential information
  • Ability to work well in fast paced environment
  • Ability to deliver high quality work on time
  • Expert knowledge in Microsoft suite of products with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Cognos, Tableau, Microstrategy, Qlik, PowerBI)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master of Data Science, Analytics, or Business Administration 
  • Ability to manage projects
  • Advanced Tableau skills
  • SQL, Python or R experience
