Branch Operations Manager - Toyota Retail Division - Al Futtaim - Dubai

 

10-15 Direct Reports

 

  • The purpose of this role is to support the Branch Manager with the management of all back office/support staff. To control and monitor Budgets within the branch. Accountable for the coaching and developing of Team.
  • To maintain the cost savings and profitability of the branch.

 

The role holder interacts with:

  • Branch Manager
  • Sales Managers
  • Sales Executives
  • Support Staff
  • Back Office Staff

 

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent.

Written and spoken English is a must.

 

Minimum Experience:

Minimum 2-year Sales Operations Management Experience in running a team effectively.

 

Job-Specific Skills:

Strong coaching, mentoring and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical skills.

Strong understanding of Microsoft Office.
