Job Title:              Business Analyst

Reports to:          Head of CRM

Department:      Marketing, Automotive Division

 

Job Description:

  • This role is for a Business Insights Analyst that is responsible for developing a standardized suite of business reports, in the functional areas of Sales, Leads, Operations, Service, Customer across the entire Automotive organization (UAE and Overseas).
  • In this role, the incumbent would manage and continually develop the proprietary Al-Futtaim Automotive Insights & Analytics platform (developed on Tableau & Alteryx). This would entail, Master Data Maintenance & Hygiene, Report / Dashboard Creation, Reports Visualization and Advanced Analytics models.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Reporting-

  • Daily/Weekly Sales Performance KPI reporting by brand
  • Monthly Sales/ Service Dashboards
  • Quarterly and Annual reporting scorecards
  • Extract/generate periodic customized/standard reports as required
  • Process behaviours and TAT
  • Synthesize information from various sources- i.e. Fastrack, SAP, BI to prepare reports as required
  • Where required, perform excel analysis and prepare reports.

Market Analytics-

  • Competitor Analysis
  • Market Share/ Segmentation
  • Market Positioning
  • Market Analytics
  • Business Development Strategy

Customer Analytics-

  • Customer demographics and profiling
  • Prospect Scoring
  • Customer Segmentation
  • Attribution Modelling
  • Behavioural Modelling
  • Trend analysis
  • Mystery Shop Analysis
  • CSV analysis and reporting

 

MIS and Data Management-

  • Preparation of monthly reports and presentation for management board.
  • SWOT and GAP analysis
  • Sales/ Marketing Campaign Evaluation
  • Perform cost benefit analysis to prepare business case
  • Root cause analysis and Insights.

Insights Platform Development/ Support-

  • Continually develop the Automotive Insights Portal
  • Work with Brands / Businesses on the adoption and usage of the platform
  • Develop new delivery channels (such as mobile app) for the insights platform

Data Integrity and SOP’s-

  • Manage system ‘clean up’ initiatives
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures
  • To compile and maintain flowcharts of all SOP’s used by the group and to ensure these are common BU to BU To provide support to BU’s requiring information and guidance on SOP compliance

 

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Excellent IT skills including expert knowledge and experience of database structures, Analytics systems (preferably Tableau & Alteryx) and advanced Excel skills.

Graduate – Preferably, Marketing/ Business related.

 

Minimum Experience:  5years similar experience (at least 4 years Analyst experience)

Job-Specific Skills:

  • Highly numerate with superb analytical ability and knowledge of analytical tools.
  • Excellent data management skills
  • Problem solving skills
