Group HRIS Manager | Al Futtaim | Dubai

 

We are looking for an experienced and well-rounded Group HRIS Manager who can help us take the next step in terms of digital HR and wider HR Transformation.

Al-Futtaim are running a complex system landscape currently and we are looking to simplify, standardize and foundationally improve all aspects of HR Technology over the next two years.

This includes a complete move to cloud and Software as a Service as well as investing in cutting edge and AI and Machine Learning capabilities to better enable the HR function.

We are looking for a Senior Manager that can blend technical & system knowledge with a very strong background in HR Process, Change Management and Project Management.

The role holder will need to spend a significant amount of time on working with colleagues in HR and the Centre’s of Excellence on planning, education and execution of roadmaps and releases.

As Al-Futtaim is a highly diverse and international business, the need to direct and orchestrate work outside of the Group Centre will be of big importance as HR continues to evolve it’s ways of working.

 

Key requirements for Group HRIS Manager:

  • Team Leadership of the Group HRIS team across 2 key locations (up to 10 people)
  • Preparing, planning and execution of the HRIS roadmap, including release management and working closely with IT
  • Operational responsibility for complex problem solving, case management and service management. This will include heavy lifting processes around annual processes such as reward and performance in collaboration with other parts of HR.
  • Cocreation of technical documentation with the IT team and IT experts for more complex technical solutions
  • Data, insights and reporting with an ability to understand HR data architecture and generate data and insights from our existing systems
  • HR Process knowledge and best practice across all areas of HR with an emphasis on Employee Lifecycle processes
  • Change Management and the ability to work with various stakeholders and ensure solutions and processes “stick”

 

Additional Requirements:

  • On premise SAP HR and SuccessFactors, preferable the transition from a hybrid model to a full cloud solution
  • Project Management, such as implementing a new release, new product or “miniproject”
  • Data visualization, insights and reporting, including tools like Tableau and/or Power BI
  • Experience from best of breed solutions across the wider HR process landscape
  • Management of teams in multiple countries and geographies
  • Working through collaboration and cocreation with colleagues in HR, IT and wider Al-Futtaim business units
