DC Aviation Al Futtaim (DCAF) has come a long way since its establishment in 2013 as the only integrated Hangar and VIP lounge facility in DWC. About the Role

The Quality Manager reports to the General Manager.  He/she is responsible for planning and performance of all activities in the field of quality and safety management,  as well as coordinating these activities with other departments

 

Primary Duties:

Monitoring of compliance with standards specified by national and international rules and regulations and DCAF internal regulations. The guidance of the employees as well as personnel requirement planning for the department. Representing the company in matters of Quality Compliance Management. Planning of all activities in the field of Quality and compliance Management in respect to economic and adherence to the agreed budget. To ensure the proper administration within the Quality Department. To organise and continuously optimise the Quality Department. To assist in development and implementation of the business strategy of DCAF. To care for all quality management related duties and responsibilities according to all aviation regulations applicable to DCAF. Monitoring of agreed deadlines for the implementation of all measures necessary to retain the validity of CAR M, CAR 145, CAR OPS and other applicable permits held by the company. Communication, coordination and & signature authorization in relation to the authority. All authorities necessary to perform the duties that have been granted. Any other duties within scope of skills and experience as directed by management   Minimum Qualifications / Experience: High School Certificate Valid unrestricted UAE driver’s license essential Previous experience in a similar position (min 2 years) Vip Experience desirable Quality & COmpliance Management related trainings and qualification   Job-Specific Skills: Detail oriented methodical approach to solving/performing tasks Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure Pride in performing to the best of own ability Good communications and interpersonal skills
