This job is a member of the Marketing Innovation and Revenue Team within the Marketing and Loyalty Division. This position provides analytics and reporting support to the Lounge & IFEC product teams, as well as prepares monthly/quarterly revenue & usage dashboards. This role will play a critical part in supporting data based decision making across marketing product teams by developing new reporting tools and ways of analyzing data & trends.
- Manage a revenue tracker for Marketing, analyzing trends and leading ongoing reviews with product teams to highlight areas of growth opportunity and drive data based decision making
- Track, report and analyze Lounge and IFEC revenue streams, financial trends and product usage, creating monthly and quarterly dashboards, including:
- Admirals Club monthly sales summary
- Citi Exec reporting (JOC)
- IFEC monthly take rate reporting
- IFEC aircrafts stats and status
- Lounge and IFEC quarterly revenue reviews/dashboards
- Lounge and IFEC ad hoc reporting and analysis
- Invoice reconciliation and approval
- Assist with Lounge/Citi Exec month-end close
- Works closely with Finance to manage Global Marketing’s accounting/invoicing and monthly forecast
- Perform ad hoc financial reporting and modeling analysis; work on special projects as assigned
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalency
- Experience with reporting and analytics
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Airline knowledge, especially as it relates to IFEC or lounge products
- Experience in Marketing and/or Finance
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
- Self-motivated individual with a high personal standard of excellence
- Ability to work independently and drive for results
- Proven financial and analytical skills with a demonstrated aptitude for understanding the business, working with data, developing detailed logical analysis
- Ability to think quickly and handle a variety of projects concurrently
- Excellent organizational skills
- Demonstrated experience in Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentation development
- Excellent PC/software skills, including a working knowledge of American's financial systems (SAP/Business Warehouse) and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word, and especially Excel)
