Job Description:

You will work in conjunction with WW and regional process owners to ensure process design and execution risks are understood and managed at an acceptable level
Partner with process owners in countries and regionally to ensure that MSAC accurately represents the control posture, is executed timely, and meets WW requirements
Support process owners for audits and controls reviews
Perform controls reviews ensuring comprehensive test plans, identification of key issues, with appropriate communication of findings
Perform research and fact finding on processes and transactions as required
Prepare and present reports / presentations for controls, and other related issues
Provide consultative input to management on controls, risks, and options to risk
Develop and reinforce knowledge to become an SME in controls including knowledge of brand offerings, ethics, management systems, FCPA, fraud, IBM controls framework, recently identified internal weaknesses, etc.
Keep up to date with implications of economic, legal, and political developments

Job Requirements:

Education:

BS / BA in Business, Audit, Engineering / Math / Statistics
Certifications helpful: CPA, CA, CIA, CFE, CMA, PM, etc.

Relevant Experience:

3 years or more in each of in two of three areas: Finance, Controls, Services (GTS preferred)
