Job Description:

Coordinate with other functional managers to ensure correct implementation of project control/business procedures and requirements.
Review and closely monitor project schedule and cost to ensure schedule and budget objectives are met.
Obtain the necessary project control/business resources to plan and execute the work.
Monitor project activities for compliance with the DMO’s purpose and philosophy.
Measure and analyse project performance regarding technical progress, schedule and budget.
Establish and maintain project requirements. x Prepare bid proposal development and pricing packages.

Job Requirements:

Education:

The ideal candidate holds relevant Engineering Degree recognized by the relevant Industry Association or Institute from a well reputed university.

Relevant Experience:

Required to have minimum 10 years’ experience with at least 5 year’s experience working on mega construction projects.

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

Strong knowledge of project controls calculation methods, software, standards, procedures and specification
Strong Primavera and Planning experience is a must.
Excellent verbal and written skills;
Strong business acumen;
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and experience:
Ability to lead remote and local subordinates, communicate directions and ensure the demands and responsibilities of a distributed workforce are being met;
Ability to deal with people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism;
Builds and maintains strong professional, trusted relationships with management, peers and staff
