Location: Nasr City

Job Description:

  • Accountable for end to end management of all Customer DSL and non-DSL orders terminating in Western &
  •   Central European countries assigned from receipt of valid service request from Sales to
  •   Handover and/or billing.
  • Coordinate provisioning for Hybrid Network projects and assess service orders and develop
  •   Implementation schedules to optimize resources and components scheduling.
  • Perform Order Validation of assigned orders for administrative completeness and technical consistency including Pre-qualification / eligibility
  • Validate service orders with Customers.
  • Create Clarify cases for orders and log equipment details and technicians’ scope of work.
  • Process work order for lines and required equipment (router, modem, cards, etc.)
  • Place and track line orders with relevant local PTT and equipment with

Third party vendors.

  • Place and track orders for 3G Data SIM cards with relevant local GSM providers.
  • Proactive tracking and monitoring of all equipment components until full delivery of ordered

Services.

  • Establish Target Delivery Dates (TDD) based on performance guidelines
  • Perform proactive Order Management to ensure the TDD is met on all orders
  • Notify Billing entities when service is delivered and Ready For Billing (RFB)
  • Initiate action to escalate or expedite provisioning issues, as required, to minimize delays in meeting customer committed delivery dates for service
  • Monitor provisioning databases to ensure maintenance of accurate and updated progress information by provisioning entities, and directly
  • SPOC for all queries, and the 1st level of escalation for all assigned order-related issues.
  • Provide consolidated status and progress reports on all orders to the customer, M&S as pre-

Determined by all order or project contacts.

  • Organize and coordinate Customer Acceptance Tests if required.
  • Confirm customer’s acceptance of service on OBS tools (Gold, SESAM).
  • Revising TDD (Target Delivery Date) with appropriate justification.
  • Declaring order RFS (Ready For Service) after completing service delivery.
  • Management of Cessation orders.
  • Raise Partial Billing as required .
  • Managing LVO (Local Validation Order) rejection issues directly with STM (Service Tranisition Manager).

Job Requirements:

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

  • Good understanding of ATM, DSL and inter-networking technologies, TCP/IP , Layer 3 LT2P, SIA and Internet VPN.
  • Excellent understanding of DSL hardware and the network topology.
  • Good Understanding of the Customer Service Delivery organization and processes.
  • Excellent knowledge of Orange Business Services DSL Product & Services portfolio &

Implementation procedures.

  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer facing skills.
  • Excellent Time management skills.
