About the Role
We are currently looking for Assistant Operations & Technology Manager to support the L&D Operations & Engagement Manager in daily operational duties including facilities and resource management, administration, reception, analysing data including financials specific to the operations of Al Futtaim Learning Center and Automotive Academy. This role is responsible to train and supervise administrators on the correct usage of iGrow.
Role includes: Customer Management, Data analysis, Reporting, LMS supervision and Financial Acumen
About the Responsibility
- To drive monthly audits on learning history through iGROW to ensure accuracy of data manually recorded is uploaded into the system. Introduce corrective and preventive measures to increase data precision and to trouble shoot any issues

Monitor administrators submit activity summary report on 5th of each month to ensure levy usage per division is recorded properly. Reporting on the Learning history and Instructor led days/ training hours.

Responsible to maintain an impeccable stakeholder management with HRBP’s, Head of businesses and L&D Leadership

To drive and participate in vendor partner selection adhering with Group Procurement Policies. Responsible to ensure selection is in compliance with Quality Standards.

Ensure accuracy of submission from administrators of learning records such as venue bookings, daily training activity, overtime of external staff for finance purposes and recording

Design and maintain a training evaluation feedback mechanism that can be implemented across L&D and ensure it is in place for all trainings conducted in the learning center.

Quality checks for the ‘Learning Centre’ email account ensuring each employee request is logged (Create log spread sheet), recorded and the request is met. 360 degree follow up and closure of any requests / issues reported. Create template for communication once the request is received and completed. In 24 hrs this template is communicated as a response.

Ensure the establishment of the Quality Management system and its implementation is in accordance with ISO 9001:2015

Responsible for the Learning Management System (iGrow )
About the Requirements
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
Learning Operations or Learning advisor experience essential
Project Management or Lean certification is an advantage
Finance qualification, SAP experience desirable
Minimum Experience & Knowledge:
3 yrs. Experience within similar role
Project Management
Good presentation skills
Financial Management and SAP experience
Strong Analytical skills
Exemplary customer service
