JOB PURPOSE:
The primary responsibility of Customs Clearance Executive is to perform Inbound/Outbound CCM transactions to claim the duties.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Specify the output required from the job. Identify not more than 7 Key Accountabilities and their performance indicators. NB-Focus on outcomes not tasks
Description of the Accountability
- INBOUND:
- Collect Import for Re Export Bill of Entry from AFL
- Check & Verify details of the Bill of Entry According to the Vendor Invoice, packing List, BOE no, Country of Origin, Qty & Value
- Create Customs Inbound Bill of Entry for Toyota, TBA, Honda & TE
- OUTBOUND:
- Create CCM Outbound BOE - "Re-export to FZE"
- Link Delivery to Outbound BOE & Goods Issue Bill of Entry
- Prepare all relevant documents for Customs inspection for Toyota, Honda & TE
- Prepare all relevant documents for Duty draw back process and claim settlement
- Manage CDR & SG account and prepare relevant management report
JOB CONTEXT: Define organizational policy and other factors that have a critical impact on the job
The Customs Clearance Executive must verify all the entries are made in CCM to avail all the claims as per the Import/Export policy and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, and SKILLS:
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge
- Graduation in any discipline
- Minimum 1-2 years in similar position preferred
Job-Specific Skills
- SAP CCM and Microsoft Office application skills
- Understands basic Inventory, warehousing and stocking procedures.
- Able to work independently with some direction
- Capable of writing instructions and documented procedures
- Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities.
