Location: Nasr City
Job Description:
- The company’s program management office, ensures the execution of the company’s strategic and transformation programs
- Manages and facilitates the portfolio management processor all new products and services via the TTM governance
- Enforces the proper governance for TTM (Time To Market) and Transformation Committees
- Ensure that undertaken projects are running on time, within budget and deliver on their objectives.
- Identifies and summarize risks of projects/ initiatives to ensure that appropriate levels of mitigation controls and/or risk acknowledgment are in place for all risks.
- Supervises direct/dotted project managers along with assigned project team members.
- Initiates timely escalations and top management interventions wherever gaps in the project/strategic initiative are identified or issues arise.
- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
- Steers efficiency improvement programs and initiatives to make sure Orange Egypt meets its efficiency & quality objectives.
- Identifies with 012 battlegrounds sponsors possible new revenue streams and cost operational inefficiencies, customer experience issues, culture enhancement, brand positioning by 1) questioning the existing models & processes, 2) Spotting new revenue leads 3) capturing potential cost savings 3) analyzing deficiencies & non-quality in the customer journey and 4) anticipating upcoming operational evolution 5) Harmonize culture and practice values 6) Re-adapt brand strategy
- Quantifies the overall gains that will result from any identified initiative permitting to prioritize between them
- Contributes to the development of processes, programs and management systems to guarantee that Orange will meet its strategic objectives
- Oversees the adoption of the 012 program across the board
- Establishes 012 program reporting dashboard, sets the company-wide yearly objectives and monitors the progress of these objectives on a monthly base
Job Requirements:
Education:
- University degree.
- Post graduate studies are an asset.
- Project management certification (PMI, Prince 2, etc.)
Relevant Experience:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a relevant field; 5 of which preferably in the telecommunication industry.
Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:
- Provide coaching and request needed training for direct reports ensuring continuous individual development.
- Ensure a healthy working environment for the department employees / assigned team through focusing on motivation initiatives.
- Conduct regular performance and competency evaluations for direct reports while delivering constant constructive feedback for higher achievements and further development.
- Hold regular meetings with the team members to strengthen communication and ensures sharing the same objectives
