Job Description:

Voice Service Provisioning onPBX and Routers of Italian Enterprise Fixed Customers.
Responsible for Rollout and Migration forFixed Voice Services for Indirect and Direct Enterprise Market
Troubleshoot and Resolve all Problems related to the Voice Provisioning Orders to guarantee service delivery.
Deliver all Orders within the targeted KPI
Working on Shift Basis to cover Italian working hours from 8 AM and 8 PM Italy Time duringWeekdays and Weekend
