Job Description:

Key accountabilities and decision ownership :

People management to the user experience team to reach the best user experience.
Continuous Technical/artistic mentoring for UX/UI team members
Benchmark Vodafone digital channels against the latest User Experience trends.
Continuous process enhancement for more efficient go-to-market with technology team and project management units.
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-over to technology on all platforms: desktop, mobile and tablet, and maintaining the best experience through continuous usability tests.

Key performance indicators:

Drive for innovation with maintaining Time to Market.
Working in Agile environment and increasing its adoption
Utilize data analytics, market insights, research in UX creation/adjustment cycle

Job Requirements:

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

Creative, talented and knowledgeable
Solid experience increasing wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
Very Good Agile Knowledge
Demonstrable UI/UX design skills with strong portfolio.
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire-framing tools, as well as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
Strong background about CMS portals.
