iSAMS/SharePoint Coordinator/Trainer - Deira International School | Dubai

 

Role Purpose:                    To provide day to day support to staff on operational side of iSAMS/SharePoint and to review processes to ensure the effective use of the system.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Explore and maximise the potential of iSAMS/SharePoint with an aim to increasing the efficiency of business processes
  • Work collaboratively with the leadership team to review and implement the relevant modules that are available within iSAMS
  • Create, manage and update the student and parental portal and apps putting a roadmap in place for the implementation of any changes ensuring that there is a seamless transition throughout
  • Review all processes and implement change where necessary ensuring a phased approach is taken and staff are communicated to
  • Create and deliver training sessions to all staff in the most effective use of iSAMS/SharePoint
  • Build up a portfolio of “how to guides” and make them available to staff to enable them to become more self-efficient and self-sufficient
  • Be the first point of contact for troubleshooting day to day issues that arise and work to resolve the issues keeping staff informed throughout the process
  • Work within the school providing support to staff as required.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Experience of system implementations
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Good communication and relationship management skills
  • Experience of creating and delivering training
  • Knowledge of iSAMS and SharePoint would be advantageous
