Retail Car Sales Executive Opportunities with Toyota Al Futtaim - Dubai!
We are actively recruiting for skilled automotive sales professionals eager to establish a rewarding career within our business.
To qualify for the position, you must have:
- At least 2 years’ successful automotive sales experience
- Current UAE driver’s license
- Must possess Technical knowledge of automobiles
(Please note: Without fulfilling the above 3 criteria upon registration, unfortunately you will not be eligible for consideration).
Further insight into the role: As a dynamic Sales Executive within Toyota, trained in the Toyota way of life, your role will then be to ensure each and every customer is provided a one-stop experience throughout the sales process.
You will work to achieve sales targets with retained gross margins on units (new & Pre-Owned) and maximize the uptake of F&I products, trade-ins, and accessory sales while maintaining expected standards on Customer Service Values & Net Promoter Scores throughout the customer journey.
Other requirements:
- Degree education preferred, but not essential
- English is essential and Arabic is desirable. Other languages such as Urdu, Hindi, Tagalog, Farsi etc. are advantageous.
- Flexible for opportunities across any of our locations in the UAE
- Leadership, negotiation and influencing skills, ability to build strong customer relationships, conflict resolution, ability to think clearly under pressure, ability to take decisions and follow through. Strong team player.
