Secondary School PA/ Office Admin | Deira International School | Dubai
Role:
To oversee all the administrative duties at school (Primary and Secondary) ensuring regulations set by local, state and federal authorities
Responsibilities;
- Act as focal point for enquiries, and the first-point provider of information.
Promptly answer queries via telephone, email and in person by students, parents and staff
Assist with the smooth-running of the office
Contact records, stationary, first aid equipment, mailing labels to be updated all the time
Provide full administrative support to the administration team and teaching staff as required
Safe custody of building and locker keys
Manage electronic notice board as required
Assist with school performances and special event
Timely distribution of invites to the desired attendees
Process online ticket sales as desired
Photoshoots as desired
Assist with organising meeting rooms
Booking meeting rooms as desired
Organizing refreshments as desired
Preparation and circulation of meeting papers as desired
Manage MOMs accurately
About the Person:
Education: Bachelor degree
Minimum Experience and Knowledge: Minimum 3-year experience in educational administration, admissions and student affairs
