Location: New Cairo

Job Description:

  •          Interacts with team on a regular basis
  •          Responsible for recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees
  •          Responsible for retaining high potential talent
  •          Monitors employees’ performance and provides ongoing feedback to the individuals
  •          Facilitates each individual’s development by -and not limited to- enabling employees to participate in one-on-one, on-the-job, classroom, and computer-based trainings
  •          Acts as the primary conduit for organizational and corporate communication
  •          Ensures team is aware of ongoing initiatives or upcoming changes
  •          Accountable for scheduling, work plans, technical direction, staffing, and performance management/development of employees in assigned areas.
  •          Collaborates with other managers, internally and externally
  •          Accountable for operational results in terms of group and department performance standards/metrics, customer satisfaction and budget/expenses.
  •          Manages the coordination, implementation, administration and execution of Service Engineering programs, personnel, communications, projects, products, performance metrics/standards, as well as strategic policies and directives for assigned areas. Requires complete fundamental knowledge and awareness of goals and objectives. May participate in short and long term planning for assigned area.
  •          Monitoring of the quality of operations through measurable KPIs and proactively taking corrective actions if and when needed
  •          Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

       Relevant Experience:

  •   7+ years of experience and 2+ years of Management experience

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

  •          Ability to lead, motivate and inspire people
  •          Stakeholders management, communications, and conflict management skills
  •          Very good presentation skills
  •          Attention to details
  •          Ability to influence others to achieve results
  •          Customer and business focused
  •          Cross-Functional skill.
  •          Ability to work effectively with senior management.
  •          Organizational skills. Proactivity in ownership till delivery, as well as following up
  •          Demonstrated passion, perseverance, and dedication
  •          Possesses adequate product/technology/industry knowledge
