PRODUCTION PLANNER BEA at Mondelez
Location: New Cairo
Job Description:
Product Availability
- Preparation of monthly / weekly production Plan (in APO, SAP and Excel.) Manage & develop the necessary plans to Meet the sales demand, smooth the production requirements and protect against stock-out.
Production Planning Management
- Manage, issue& follow up the monthly Master Schedule and weakly-daily Production Plan MPS, APO to meet the volume targets and to achieve our targets on-time.
E2E- Supply network
- Manage and contribute with the SN pillar agenda in order to achieve the value chain targets starting from supplier till consumer.
- Work closely with the production team & FI pillar to improve the production cycle for a flexible production response.
Cross-Functional Cooperation
- Liaise with other functions (e.g. Demand Planning, Product Supply, production) to avoid potential or resolve existing issues. Essential member in most of the business meetings (DMS, SPR, IL6S & plant monthly meeting)
Reporting
- Manage all production planning & compliance reports to be issued on time with an accurate figures: CFR, CTS, DIOH & DBNR.
Job Requirements:
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
Education and qualifications University degree (Logistics, Economics or Engineering is preferred).
Skills
Good knowledge of manufacturing systems (SAP, APO & BI) Good Excel skills Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Strategic agility, strong analytical & conceptual skills. Timely Decision making, Process Management Ability to work under pressure Excellent communication and negotiations skills
Languages Fluent English Language Fluent Arabic Language
