Quality Control Team Lead – Laundry & Home Care  at Henkel

Location: Port Said Plant

Job Description:

• Establish systems to ensure compliance and effective implementation of Henkel’s quality policies and standards
• Ensure all specification/KPI plans are maintained and updated/approved as required
• Support the manufacturing process to remove risks that may lead to consumer dissatisfaction, regulatory adverse comment, and/or damage to Henkel’s brands by applying and monitoring the necessary control points
• Analyze quality performance using statistical & analytical tools and methods
• Creating the technical SOPs for the processes based on R&D’s recommendations
• Ensure all products are compliant with Henkel’s quality Standards by developing and monitoring the CTQs and CTPs using SPC tools
• Support all internal and external inspections/auditing visits as well as handle audit preparation activities

Job Requirements:

         Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Production Engineering

  Relevant Experience:
  

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant manufacturing environment

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:                                                  

• Fluent English speaker
• Advanced knowledge of quality systems, procedures, and policies
• Knowledge of statistical process control tools
• Proficient user of MS Office applications
• SAP knowledge is preferred
