Senior Financial Analyst – Laundry & Home Care at Henkel

Location: Heliopolis

Job Description:

• Participate in leading the planning process for the Laundry business unit and develop associated scenarios and presentations with key business partners for annual and long-term strategic plans, monthly latest best estimate, and quarterly & mid-year reviews
• Assist Head of Controlling in arranging monthly forecasts, measuring the financials against company plans, and directing the business areas of improvement
• Partner with business leaders to deliver financial commitments & targets and measure all risks & opportunities at a business level
• Prepare top management financial reporting for Executive Committee’s monthly meetings
• Handle all the performance management related activities for the Laundry business unit, e.g. manufacturing/price variance analysis and daily profitability monitoring
• Lead efficiency initiatives across the value chain by being an active member in the respective committee
• Provide financial pictures for detergent products (new projects & cost estimates) and evaluate the implications for financial and cost-saving decisions and projects
• Control OPEX spending of back office departments

Job Requirements:

         Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics 

  Relevant Experience:
  

• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience, of which minimum 2 years are in financial planning & analysis role

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

• Fluent English speaker
• FMCG experience is preferable
• SAP knowledge is a must
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Proficient user of MS Office applications
