Every day, we go beyond what's expected and reach for the remarkable, together. **YOUR ROLE** Role Summary The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for finding and selecting the best talent to deliver remarkable experiences to our guests at Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air. This role cultivates top notch candidate and hiring manager relationships and experiences Scope & Complexity As an individual contributor this role completes full life-cycle sourcing and recruiting activities. In support of multiple lines of business, this role identifies and attracts top talent to fill open positions and create vibrant talent pipelines. Key Duties - With limited direction from the Talent Acquisition Manager, manage the full-life cycle of requisitions from source to hire for multiple lines of business. - Build relationships with hiring leaders in order to effectively influence and make recommendations regarding talent plan and hiring strategies. - Prepare interview teams for interview, develop interview guides and lead candidate debrief. - Assess talent and present only the top slate of talent to hiring manager and guide final hiring decision. - Research and identify candidate sourcing opportunities and conduct deep sourcing through various channels (Candidate Relationship Management (CRM), LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) to find the best talent. - Identify and conduct outreach to community and diversity organizations to hire diverse talent. - Apply industry best practices to proactively identify, create, and manage a pipeline of prospective candidates in a CRM. - Meet goals and deadlines within the hiring process; manage workload using metrics and cycle-time. - Develop and extend offers and complete negotiations as needed. - Continually adapt to new technology that improves recruiting efficiency and candidate / hiring manager experience. - Uphold the brand and experience standards for candidates and hiring managers. Job-Specific Skills, Experience & Education Required - A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Recruiting function. - A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication or related area or an additional two years of training/experience in lieu of degree. - Technology savvy with a high level of proficiency with recruiting software; ATS, CRM, event management and other screening / scheduling automation software. - Exceptional candidate and hiring manager service skills. - Moderate travel is required. Preferred - Sourcing skills; search and Boolean through tools such as google, LinkedIn and talent communities. - Experience using metrics and reports to manage/monitor workload to achieve hiring plan. - Consultative and ability to effectively influence managers throughout the hiring process. - Event recruiting and/or high volume recruiting experience. - Sourcing, outreach and diversity recruiting.
