Customer Service Automotive Service Supervisor - Automall - Al Futtaim - Abu Dhabi
To handle aftersales customer concerns and resolve effectively to achieve maximum customer satisfaction as per Al Futtaim standards. Update Customer Concern Management System within set time by contacting the customers, follow up on jobs and deliver in time to ensure customer retention for business development.
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
A Degree/ Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: At least 5 years experience in similar role within a reputable automotive dealership or customer service field.
Job-Specific Skills:
Strong English Communication skills
Monitoring/Assessing performance of self, other individuals, or organisations to make improvements or take corrective action
Strong analytical, communication and inter-personal skills with administrative competence vital for this role.
Computer literate with a solid understanding of Microsoft applications
An enthusiastic, flexible and positive attitude towards providing an excellent service to our customers.
Proactive approach when dealing with customer complaints. Should have the ability to resolve discrepancies and issues.
Behavioural Competencies: Ability to handle high level of activity, Emotional Maturity to handle and satisfy internal and external customers, Sensitivity to work and excel in a multicultural work environment. Ability to remain focussed on the set monthly targets and to be self-driven to achieve and excel them.
