- Lead Fleet Service Agents must perform any or all duties of a typical Fleet Service Agent; however they are additionally responsible to perform "front line supervision" of other agents.
- The terms and conditions of this position are covered by the International Association of Machinists (IAM) Collective Bargaining Agreement. The hourly rate of pay for this position is $15.68.

Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations.
- Responsibilities include loading and unloading baggage, cargo and mail; driving and operating ground equipment; marshalling aircraft to and from gates.
- Perform frequent repetitive motions and tasks, to include twisting and bending at the waist and knees and sustaining those positions for extended periods of time.
- Carry a 70 pound suitcase in front of you, with one or both hands for 25 feet.
- Lift 70 pounds repetitively from the floor to 54 inches.
- Push/pull/move luggage carts (200 lbs).
- Able to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions and around excessive loud noises.
- Sufficient vision and ability to safely perform the essential functions of the position.
- Sufficient hearing and speech to effectively communicate via headset and mouthpiece.

High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid U.S. Driver's license and good driving record

Availability to work assigned seniority-based schedule which will include varied hours, weekends, and holidays
