Operation Development Manager (UpTime Centre) - FAMCO Volvo Trucks - Al Futtaim - UAE

 

Establish, Maintain and Manage an uptime centre that will support all Famco Brands. The centre will coordinate: Service scheduling, Repairs, Roadside assistance and coach fleet operators to operate products more economically in terms of maintenance and fuel consumption. The centre will simplify our customer’s fleet management process where Famco will the provider of a comprehensive transport solution.

 

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

• Volvo Action Service certification or equivalent from other OEMs.

• Must have management potential.

• Good intrapersonal communication skills.

 

Minimum Experience:

• Experience in fleet management.

• Call centre experience.

• Management experience.

• Experience to compile and analyse technical data and reports. J

 

Job-Specific Skills:

• Good verbal and written communicator in English; Arabic an advantage.

 

Behavioral Competencies: • Effective Communicator • Interpersonal Skills
