Parts Advisor - Automall Aftersales Al Futtaim - Dubai 
Reporting to: Service Manager /Parts Manager
Direct Reports:    2-3
Roster: 6 days
Band: D

 

Procure cost effective parts for day to day requirements of used vehicle refurbishment. Expand the part stock level on service related items for all brand vehicles.

 

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: 
Graduate or Diploma in Engineering


Minimum Experience: 
Minimum 5 years in Automotive and 2 year in Supervisor Role.


Job-Specific Skills: 

  • Communication skills in English / Arabic, Good interpersonal skills, Good in MS Office, Preferably UAE driving license.
  • Behavioural Competencies : 
  • Customer Focused and Team Player
  • Monitor team sales and assist them to achieve branch Net sales and Profits in comparison to targets on daily and monthly basis.
  • To order day to day requirement and deliver the parts as per ETA, measured through monthly review report.
  • Responsible for perpetual and annual stock inventory for effective stock management, sufficient supplies to market needs and avoid any over stock situations.
  • Assist Sales and Service departments to maximise accessories stock.
  • Perform team purchase orders, GR, and IV are done on time and as per company standards.
  • Procure parts through cost effective method for used vehicle refurbishment which will meet FPC standards
  • Assist team in achieving customer service values in meeting the needs and expectations of the customers.
