Job Description:
- Our Associate Recruiter works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization.
- The Recruiting Associate is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships; often providing candidates with their first impression of Amazon.
- This candidate will be an organizational guru, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. Job Requirements:
- Creating and tracking candidate profiles through the process
· Identifying lags in the overall recruiting process and working with the recruiting team to streamline processes
· Working directly with sourcing recruiters, candidates and hiring managers
· Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirming new hires
· Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
· Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status in a weekly report
· Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
· Maintain a high level of candidate engagement & top class candidate experience.
· Brief candidates on the assessments to be taken & place them according to process profiled for
· Efficient in taking candidates through the interview process
· Schedule & conduct floor walks covering all employees across LOB’s
· Screen and shortlist referrals for further rounds within a TAT of 24 hours from the time of application
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of recruiting coordinator, admin or recruiting experience
· Experience with MS Word and Excel
· Strong customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations. We are looking for a team player with a solid work ethic.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interface with all levels of the organization and with external candidates.
· Flexibility and the ability to change direction quickly and be comfortable in a fast-paced and potentially ambiguous environment.
· A solid sense of accountability and acute personal judgment – ability to handle confidential information and escalate issues when appropriate.
· Should be a graduate
