Consultant, Microsoft Modern Workplace – French Speaker at DELL

Location: New Cairo

Job Description:

• Support requirements gathering and solution design activities.
• Configure and deploy Microsoft On-Premises & 365 based Modern Workforce solutions.
• Manage Microsoft customers’ onboarding programs, such as Microsoft FastTrack Program.
• Systems integration and data migration activities.
• Support pre-sales activities (when needed).
• Support on the creation of solutions’ documentation.
• Ability to work on different time zones if needed.

Job Requirements:

         Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or relevant degree.

  Relevant Experience:
  

• 5+ Years of relevant working experience (at least two years with M365 technologies)

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:            

• Fluency in English and French is a Must .
• Hands-on with enabling and configuring related Microsoft 365 services.
• At least holding one of the following Microsoft Modern Workplace associate M365 Administrator Certification in: Desktop; Teamwork or Messaging.
• Flexible to travel up to 50%.
