Job Description:
- Deliver digital sales and increase in performance
- Manage the plan for maximizing digital sales and digital spend
- Manage Terminals and lines calendar in order to plan for digital implementation and experience.
- Manage relevant offering to accommodate customer phase, penetration and their potential
- Setting clear SLA between E-Shop stakeholders (content team and operations team)
- Ensure all digital sales targets are met.
- Manage the analysis of digital trends and changes related to consumer / business behaviors and competition moves as well as the progress and achievements of organizational KPI considering costs, fees and commissions.
- Develop and own the consumer / enterprise Communication
- Managing the Marketing communication spend
- Identify the ideal targeting criteria for the target market according to the nature and type of deal.
- Manage the communication channel and approach as per the co-branding agreement.
- Keep a knowledge base of the different campaigns tools and approach and their relevance
- Utilization of the different social media platforms and act based on data analysis to optimize conversion rates
Reporting
- Forecasting of monthly digital sales target along with seasonality analysis
- Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of progress in terms of:
- Revenue
- Order value
- Penetration from retail sales
- Margins
- Stock availability
- Overlooking operations team performance in order to identify areas of improvements and efficiencies.
- Stakeholder management
- Manage and Engage with internal stakeholders including Managers and head of functions
o Digital Marketing
o Retail
o Terminals
o Marcom
o ADSL & MBB
o Operations team
o E-Shop warehouse
o Segments (IN, Flex, and RED)
o CVM
Job Requirements:
Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:
- Commercial, Sales, Marketing and operational experience
- E-commerce background
- Product Management skills
- Communication / presentation/ analytical skills
- Negotiation and collaboration skills.
- Customer centric.
- Set plans and achieve targets
- Strong stakeholders management
