Job Requirements:
Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:
- Experience within Service Desk Operations minimum 6 Months is a preferable
- DLM process knowledge
- Ensure efficient and effective dissemination and communication of information to team members/Vendor management
- Be a point of escalation in the handling of customer queries and complaints to the point of resolution.
- Contribute in the monthly reports
