  • Business Continuity Management
  • Process Designing
  • Monthly reports

Job Requirements:

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

  • Experience within Service Desk Operations minimum 6 Months is a preferable
  • DLM process knowledge
  • Ensure efficient and effective dissemination and communication of information to team members/Vendor management
  • Be a point of escalation in the handling of customer queries and complaints to the point of resolution.
  • Contribute in the monthly reports
