Professional Services Consultant – RSA Archer at Dell

Location: New Cairo

Job Description:

• Support requirements gathering and solution design activities
• Configure GRC solutions based on customer requirements
• Support pre-sales activities
• Systems integration and data migration
• Troubleshoot and optimize solutions
• Quality assurance and testing activities
• Creation of solution documentation

Job Requirements:

         Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

  Relevant Experience:
  

• 5+ years of relevant working experience

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

• Fluent English.
• Flexible to travel up to 50%.
• Consultative aptitude to provide proven recommendations to customers.
• Ability to act independently and exercise good judgment
• Ability to lead workshops and analyze business requirements.
• Understanding ofGovernance, Risk and Complianceprinciples and best practices.
• Experience in consultancy roles is an advantage.
• Knowledge of RSA Archer as well as technologies such as IIS, SQL, XML etc.
• Technical skills to facilitate configuration, interoperability and integration efforts.
• Experience from test and /QA procedures.
• Able to work cross functionally and in teams.
