Automotive Brand Standard Auditor

 

Job Description:

  • To Improve and sustain the Brand and AFG facility standards in line with defined standards matrix. Al Futtaim Automotive are looking for a Dealer Network Specialist to join our existing team.
  • As a Dealer Network Specialist, you will manage the group automotive dealership Visual Identity (VI) Program to ensure all current and future brand principal program requirements are met, and that the process moves forward with maximum efficiency.
  • Duties also include Dealer Standards review of all group automotive facilities, preparing facility condition reports, coordinating with each business unit to ensure they meet the visual and facilities maintenance standards as required by the group and our principals.
  • Ensure all required dealer standards audit documents and remedial actions are initiated to meet the audit standards within the timeline allocated.
  • Additionally, you will maintain the dealer standards database, perform the initial review and analysis of dealer standards inspections at each automotive facility.
  • Obtain the proposals and quotes required and obtain agreement with each business unit to proceed with the works and repairs required to meet all standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit Network facilities to conduct monthly Standards Audits in order to record and report the quality of our facilities
  • Complete visit report and standards scorecard for each visit in order to define actions needed
  • Complete monthly report showing the outcome of all audits and circulate to all key stakeholders in order to monitor the standards implementation
  • Identify and escalate any issues pertaining to HSSE and Life Safety to your LM
  • Assist Network Development Manager and Facilities Maintenance Manager in prioritising Network Projects in line with Company objectives.
  • Follow-up with stakeholders on progress of Submission and Approval process in order to minimise the time until the work/project is completed
  • Inspect the final works and sign off manual and system driven Audit Documents
  • Conduct constant monitoring and reporting of observed site issues to ensure the highest Retail housekeeping standards are maintained throughout our Network

 

Qualifications Experience & Skills:

 

  • Degree from any recognised University or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years Automotive experience
  • UAE/GCC experience preferred
  • Project Management skills essential
  • Business acumen
  • Holding a driving license (conduct site visits across the Emirates)
